These terms are an agreement between you and Edenir Moreira Peixoto Filho (“we”, “us”), the provider of Chat Whisper (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you may bind it.
Chat Whisper analyses conversation text or screenshots you submit and returns an evidence-based interpretation of observable conversational patterns. It is an opinion tool, not a fact-finding service. It does not read minds, determine another person's true feelings or intentions, diagnose psychological or medical conditions, and it must not be used as relationship, legal, medical or psychological advice.
Reports are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent between runs. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads, for verifying anything before acting on it, and for holding the rights to the content you submit. Do not submit content you have no right to share, and do not use the Service to harass, stalk, impersonate, profile, surveil or make decisions about another person in a way that could harm them.
You must not: use the Service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; submit content that is illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative, or that depicts minors; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware, probe, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; attempt to jailbreak or circumvent technical or usage limits; or reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.
We may filter, refuse or remove content and outputs, and may restrict, suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If you believe content submitted through the Service infringes your rights, contact us at edenirpeixoto@hotmail.com and we will review it; repeat infringers lose access.
We own the Service, its software, design and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes. You keep the rights to the conversations you submit and to the report you purchase; you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to produce your report and operate the Service.
Chat Whisper is sold as a one-time purchase of USD $4.99 per full report. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If access ends, reports you already purchased remain yours; we do not retain your conversations for later access. We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are subject to its courts. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition.
