Edenir Moreira Peixoto Filho, trading as Chat Whisper, is the data controller for personal data processed through Chat Whisper. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have. Questions: edenirpeixoto@hotmail.com.
Conversation content you submit — the text or screenshots you paste or upload, including any names or messages inside them. Used solely to generate your report (performance of our contract with you).
Report data — the analysis generated for you. It is encrypted and stored on our servers so it can be unlocked after payment and recovered if you refresh or reopen the page (contract).
Anonymous usage events — which step of the journey was reached (for example: analysis started, report unlocked), tied only to a random session identifier. We never place conversation content or screenshots in analytics (legitimate interests).
Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention and keeping the Service working (legitimate interests).
Support messages — anything you send us by email, used to answer you (legitimate interests).
We do not ask for an account, and we do not sell personal data or use your conversations to train public AI models. Please avoid uploading more sensitive information than the conversation requires.
Service providers acting on our instructions: our application hosting provider, and OpenAI as the AI processor that generates the analysis. Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for the sale, handling payment, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds — payment card details go to Paddle and never to us. We may also share data with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it.
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
The text or screenshots you submit are sent to our AI processor to produce your report and are not kept as a separate copy by us. The report itself is stored encrypted for up to 30 days so a paying customer can recover it, after which it is deleted automatically. It can only be opened with the secret access token issued to the browser that paid, so no one else can read it. Anonymous usage events are retained for product analytics, technical logs for a short period for security, and transaction records are retained by Paddle for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to edenirpeixoto@hotmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
We use encryption in transit, encryption of unpaid reports at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures. Chat Whisper uses only essential storage and cookies needed to run the Service and to complete checkout through Paddle; we do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.
