Chat Whisper is a one-time purchase of USD $4.99 for a single full conversation report. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
If you are not satisfied with your report, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to justify the request.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at edenirpeixoto@hotmail.com and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
If a report fails to generate or unlock after payment, contact edenirpeixoto@hotmail.com and we will either restore your report or refund you in full, whichever you prefer — including after the 30-day window.
Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase.
